• Device Files (Camera / Storage): If you choose to upload a track layout image or a data file (e.g. RaceBox CSV), the app requests access to your device camera or file storage solely to read the file you select. We do not access your camera or storage without your explicit action.
• Usage Data: Basic analytics such as page visits and feature interactions, used to improve the app.
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.

3. Camera Permission

TrackMatePro requests access to your device camera and photo library only to allow you to upload a track layout image to your personal track records. The camera is never activated automatically or in the background. Images you upload are stored securely on our servers and are only accessible to your account.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To personalise your experience and store your session data.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
